I love this art style and game so much. It’s a pity Republic Commando never got a sequel. It was such a fun game and the mechanics were really strong. Ordering your squad mates into positions in a room was effortless and they were always very accurate when firing. Almost too accurate sometimes, very rarely do I get kill-stealed by an NPC. I also loved how the Geonosians would explode and splatter like the giant bugs they are when they died. Overall, I miss this game and with no sequel in sight for this one and the Battlefront series being canned, there doesn’t look to be any awesome Star Wars games coming out anytime soon.
